Job Description

The key deliverables for this position are as follows:

  1. Manage Administrative Management Team calendar, plans, and action items.
  2. Support the COO’s participation in staff meetings, departmental meetings, Senior Management Team meetings.
  3. Analyzes current workflows/processes and communicates best practice to staff.
  4. Manage COO’s scheduling, communication and travel coordination.
  5. Manage deliverables to the COO and provide any necessary reporting.
  6. Create and edit presentations, documents and reports for the COO as required.
  7. Lead or participate on project teams related to a range of operational matters.
  8. Develop and maintain appropriate document filing systems, and ensure compliance with records retention procedures.
  9. Develop relationships with key operational contacts, both internal and external.
  10. Oversee financial matters, plan and make long-term strategies for the growth and progress of the company.
  11. Assist with department budgeting and capital equipment purchases.
  12. Other duties as assigned by the COO.

Education: Bachelors (Hons.) in Finance & Accounting, Bachelors (Hons.) in Commerce, Bachelors (Hons.) in Management (Business Administration/Public Administration), ACCA, Bachelors (Hons.) in Social Sciences
16 years of Education is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in operational management in the service sector is required.

Job Description

 

Responsibilities & Deliverables: The key deliverables for this position are given as follows:

  1. Ability to speak and write in American English with ease and fluency is mandatory
  2. Complete all deposits and data entry for gifts, donor acknowledgments, invoicing and online donations, checks etc.
  3. Work with Marketing & Communications Department to send out acknowledgment and thank you letters to donors as well as communicate with them on all updates. 
  4. Update, manage and maintain donor information within selected donor management system
  5. Responsible for generating monthly donor reports or as needed. 
  6. Learn and train others on how to use donor management system and its functions to support chapters and other volunteers
  7. Provide customer support in terms of internal customers i.e. chapter heads, leads, volunteers to external customers requiring receipts, provided updated credit card info, needed reports on donations etc.

Education & Qualification: Bachelors in Social Sciences/Bachelors in Business Administration
Experience:  2-3 years’ experience of working as a coordinator for US market in the work hours of USA.

Job Description

 

Responsibilities & Deliverables: The key deliverables for this position are given as follows:

  1. Enter expenditures, invoices and deposits into QuickBooks. 
  2. Prepare checks against invoices to be printed in the US and sent to vendors.
  3. Manage and maintain insurance and other regularity legal requirements.
  4. Reconcile vendor statements; research and correct discrepancies. 
  5. Reconcile and process monthly credit card statements and payments. 
  6. Prepare and clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements and collate financial reporting materials. 
  7. Prepare financial reports for the President and Board of Directors. 
  8. Implement financial management procedures and reporting system. 
  9. Prepare and finalize annual internal audit process and liaise with external auditor to complete such audits and reports for the public postings. 
  10. Work with senior management to manage organizational cash flow and forecasting. 
  11. Work with senior management to introduce and implement all necessary finance policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department’s overall policy and procedure manual. 

Education & Qualification: Bachelors in Commerce (B.Com)/Bachelors in Finance & Accounting/ACCA.

Functional knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
Experience:  2-3 years relevant experience of working in US market is mandatory.
